Welcome to jlbos. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jlbos ("we," "us," or "our"), accessible at https://jlbos.cam. By registering, accessing, or using the jlbos platform — including all casino games, sportsbook features, live dealer tables, bingo rooms, and slot content — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using jlbos and close your account. Your continued use of the platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms as updated from time to time.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

1.1 Age Restriction

The jlbos platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines, as mandated by PAGCOR regulations. By creating an account on jlbos, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years old or above.

We reserve the right to request proof of age at any point during your membership. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is under 21, the account will be suspended pending verification. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited without exception.

1.2 Geographic Restrictions

jlbos primarily serves players based in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using jlbos is legal in your jurisdiction. We do not intend to provide services in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.

1.3 One Account Per Household

Each individual, IP address, device, household, and payment method may only be associated with one jlbos account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under different names, emails, or identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential reporting to regulatory authorities.

1.4 Account Information Accuracy

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination without refund.

2. Account Management and Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your jlbos account. You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and not share them with any third party. jlbos will never contact you to ask for your password via any channel — including email, live chat, SMS, or social media.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately at support@jlbos.cam. jlbos accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain account security.

We reserve the right to close or restrict any account where we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft, collusion, or any other activity that violates these Terms or applicable law.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jlbos supports the following payment methods for players in the Philippines:

• GCash — the most widely used e-wallet in the Philippines
• PayMaya (now Maya) — for instant deposits and withdrawals
• BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) — online banking transfer
• BDO (Banco de Oro) — direct bank transfer
• Metrobank — bank wire and online transfer

All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may vary per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

3.2 Deposit Responsibility

You agree that all funds deposited into your jlbos account are your own, lawfully earned money. jlbos does not accept deposits from third parties. Depositing funds obtained through illegal means is a serious breach and may be reported to authorities.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within one to three (1–3) business days, subject to identity verification and compliance checks. jlbos reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing any withdrawal. Winnings earned through bonus funds may only be withdrawn once applicable wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

jlbos offers a variety of promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each promotion has specific wagering requirements that must be completed before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 50x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period and will expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated timeframe.
• jlbos reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players may not participate in any promotion more than once unless explicitly stated in the offer terms.
• Attempting to abuse bonus systems — including but not limited to hedging bets to guarantee profits — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.

5. Gameplay, Fair Play, and Prohibited Conduct

jlbos is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games on the platform — including JILI slots, live dealer tables, bingo rooms, and sports betting markets — use certified random number generators (RNGs) or are operated by regulated live dealers.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jlbos:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors — any winnings from exploited errors are void
• Engaging in chip dumping, match-fixing, or any other form of fraud
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of multiple bonus offers

jlbos reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct and to withhold withdrawals during the investigation period. Confirmed violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

6. Sports Betting Rules

For players engaging with jlbos sportsbook — covering the PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, international football, and other events — the following rules apply:

• Bets are accepted until the market is closed or an event begins, whichever comes first.
• In the event of a match cancellation or postponement beyond 24 hours, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• jlbos reserves the right to suspend or void any bet where there is evidence of match-fixing or where the integrity of the event is in doubt.
• Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Accepted odds at time of bet placement are final.
• Maximum payout limits per event apply and are displayed within the sportsbook section.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the jlbos platform — including but not limited to graphics, logos, game titles, software code, marketing materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of jlbos or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from jlbos without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jlbos and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of gaming funds, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical malfunctions.

jlbos does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for losses caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

9. Responsible Gaming

jlbos takes responsible gaming seriously. We encourage all players to set personal deposit, loss, and session time limits through their account settings. If you feel that your gambling is no longer within your control, please make use of our self-exclusion tools or contact our support team immediately.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including questions of validity, interpretation, breach, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, unless otherwise resolved by arbitration as mutually agreed.
